Our partner from СreoProm was doing the enormous production for Conde Nast Traveller exhibition in Moscow on the 18th of March and she desperately needed a pair of smart, event experienced helping hands. We agreed, because a) we have not seen each other for a long time b) we already worked with our British neighbour Sophie Ellis Bextor c) we know that we are good at non-stop 24/7 work before the event.
Our first positive moment was Moscow Metropole hotel and the meeting space Shalyapin bar - a truly historical and luxurious place.
It looks exactly now how it looked in the 30ies:
The main exhibition area was in Metropole restaurant - the perfect space to fit in any luxury event
Sleepless nights, castings, 40 selected Russian beauties ( out of 200) to guide the guests through exhibition labyrinths. It was worth it! You won't see their pics, they are all too beautiful to be true. Meet our hero - model Vova - the doorman and the local attraction - every second tourist wanted a picture of him:
Look at Olga, after 3 hours of sleep she is still so happy!
Meet our British friend and pop Diva - Sophie Ellis Bextor on stage after the long exhibition day.
And finally one more pleasant moment - every single day we saw famous French/Russian Gerard Depardieu in the hotel lobby. We were too shy to take a pic with him ))

The space was loaded with tropical plants and exclusive furniture for VIP zones and lounges. That's how top people from travel industry met, with the magical sound of harp in the air:
