Richmond park is the ideal summertime wedding place for those who adore open air receptions, breathtaking views under the oak trees, who witnessed Queen Victoria. That's why the Russel suite of the Pembroke Lodge is the venue with non-stop weddings vows all year round.
Children are frequent guests of the weddings and to keep them interested while the adults are going through the rituals of the most significant event in their life we need to entertain them as well!

Diamond fairytale for kids and parents

The fairy tale for kids and parents came true with 3 grand names - Catiouche - the manufacturer of the elegant nightware for children, Gazelli - the luxury anti-agening secrets keeper from Azerbaijan and  the girls' best friend Chopard 

  
 Inspired by a fantastic story, specially created for Catiouche, the children  were treasure hunting for the lost jewel earing

 

 Within half an hour they found lots of clues, hidden in  miniature London landmarks and  attached to the Tower of London ravens, met Buckingham Palace guard and found the last clue after assembling the big chocolate puzzle. 

Games and sweet fun for all afterwards!

Scaffolding live!

The idea does not belong to us - the inspiration comes from our client, Eugeny Chichvarkin, the owner of Hedonism Wines, who got the most prestigeous Decanter wine award recently. He could not resist the ugly scaffolding in front of his shop, he just needed to act - quickly and originally.

Chaika Events, inspired by the idea, created the "Living wall" covering the scaffolding with the forest of tropical plants and winter flowers - 6 colums  grew within days giving joy and smiles to everyone. The walls will last untill the end of December and will be watered automatically once a day. Take a pic while you are in Mayfair)

The bike is our creation as well, changes according to the season. Spooky Halowwen bike is coming today!

Chaika Events like any other holidaymaker in August took a flight to the South of France to export its signature outdoor party for kids!
It was one of the longest party in Chaika Events history - and we introduced two themes at a time.
A healthy mix of Monsters and Angry Birds party.

Party ingredients, hand picked from the South of France market included:

Our Great Gatsby

Inspired by F.S Fitzerald and its latest interpretation of  Great Gatsby movie  we created the atmosophere of his times at one special party.
What is the recipie of the ultimate Gatsby party: break all the rules of the 20ies, introduce illegal alcohol in a sophisticated way, gambling and special entertainment.
How did it work:
Beverage fountain, but do you think it is lemonade in there?

Reception drinks on arrival included "not so soft drinks" in milk bottles with some innocent labels. The guests were very excited with the "unusal" taste of the milk shakes and lemonades.
Gambling was a part of the theme with roulette table and black jack

The 20ies style tap dancers added special flavour to the whole atmosphere. Here they are - the 20ies girls in motion:
